Aww the Snowflake wind. Probably the only thing I don't miss about living there. What a bummer.
Boy am I sick of the wind too. Will summer weather ever really come?
The recently updated blog thing is the best thing ever. It saves so much time by not having to check every blog for an update.
Go to http://draft.blogger.com/home
and sign in with your username and password. From there click on LAYOUTS and then PAGE ELEMENTS. Click on ADD A GADGET and then BLOG LIST.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you have questions. It's kind of a pain to go through and relist all of your friends, but so worth it!
